BIIDIT Privacy Policy

BIIDIT, Inc. (“ BIIDIT,” “ we,” “ us,” or “ our ”) provides software, marketplace, artificial intelligence, property intelligence, analytics, automation, communications, and related technology products and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, protect, and otherwise process information when individuals and organizations access or use the Platform.

This Privacy Policy is designed to support BIIDIT’s current products and its future evolution as an AI-powered property operating system. It is intended to remain durable as BIIDIT expands into additional AI features, enterprise products, APIs, property intelligence systems, analytics products, automation tools, integrations, commercial offerings, portfolio tools, and related services.

This Privacy Policy is BIIDIT’s sole public user-facing privacy and data-processing document.

1. Scope and Relationship to the Terms

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information and other information BIIDIT collects, uses, discloses, retains, or otherwise processes in connection with:

•BIIDIT websites, mobile applications, web applications, software, and online services;

•the BIIDIT marketplace;

•Mike and other current or future BIIDIT AI systems, AI features, AI agents, automation systems, workflow engines, and related technologies;

•account creation, administration, verification, trust-and-safety, and support activities;

•payments, billing, subscriptions, lead programs, APIs, analytics, and commercial offerings;

•enterprise, portfolio, and business accounts;

•property intelligence, property records, Property Profiles, Digital Property Profiles, Digital Twins, Property Graphs, and related products and services;

•integrations, partner services, and future BIIDIT offerings.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, services, devices, or products that are not controlled by BIIDIT, even if they are linked to, integrated with, or accessible through the Platform. Those third parties may have their own privacy notices, terms, and practices.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the BIIDIT Terms of Service and any applicable product-specific, API, enterprise, subscription, or supplemental terms. The Terms of Service govern ownership and license rights relating to User Content, BIIDIT Technology, BIIDIT Knowledge Assets, AI Outputs, and Derived Intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how BIIDIT processes information in connection with those concepts and does not replace or narrow the rights and obligations set forth in the Terms of Service.

2. Defined Terms

For purposes of this Privacy Policy:

BIIDIT-created or BIIDIT-derived intelligence, insights, classifications, labels, tags, metadata generated by BIIDIT, embeddings, taxonomies, ontologies, knowledge graphs, benchmarks, scores, rankings, recommendations, risk assessments, readiness assessments, fraud signals, trust-and-safety signals, quality signals, Marketplace Intelligence, Property Intelligence, contractor intelligence, cost intelligence, repair patterns, maintenance patterns, failure patterns, category intelligence, AI feedback signals, human-review signals, model-evaluation data, reinforcement-learning signals, training pipelines, analytics, reports, synthetic datasets, aggregated datasets, de-identified datasets, anonymized datasets, and other information, intelligence, or know-how generated, inferred, derived, compiled, structured, or learned by BIIDIT from operation of the Platform or other permitted sources, excluding users’ ownership of original User Content.

BIIDIT Technology

The Platform, software, APIs, interfaces, databases, compilations, workflows, AI systems, AI agents, prompts, prompt libraries, prompt chains, system instructions, reasoning pipelines, orchestration layers, model-routing logic, taxonomies, schemas, matching systems, readiness systems, fraud-detection systems, trust-and-safety systems, recommendation systems, analytics systems, and related technology and intellectual property owned or controlled by BIIDIT.

Contractor

A contractor, subcontractor, construction professional, service provider, business, or representative using the Platform in connection with construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, inspection, or related services.

Derived Intelligence

Information, inferences, analyses, correlations, predictions, patterns, signals, or insights generated, inferred, or learned by BIIDIT from User Content, Platform activity, other data sources, or BIIDIT systems.

Digital Property Profile / Digital Twin

A digital representation, record, model, or intelligence layer relating to a property, project, structure, system, component, history, condition, maintenance record, or related activity.

Homeowner

A property owner, occupant, homeowner, property representative, or other user seeking information, project organization, marketplace access, or contractor-related services through the Platform.

Marketplace Intelligence

Intelligence, analytics, scores, patterns, and insights relating to marketplace activity, supply and demand, bid behavior, review behavior, pricing trends, categories, user behavior, or market conditions.

Mike

BIIDIT’s current AI Project Advisor and any renamed, replaced, expanded, or successor AI system performing similar or related functions.

Personal Information

Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identified or reasonably identifiable individual, household, or device, as defined by applicable law.

Platform

BIIDIT’s websites, applications, marketplace, software, communications tools, AI features, APIs, analytics, property intelligence systems, enterprise products, integrations, and related products and services.

Property Graph

A structured set of relationships, associations, connections, or linked records regarding a property, project, system, component, service event, contractor, or related data.

Property Intelligence

Intelligence, insights, analytics, recommendations, histories, patterns, scores, predictions, maintenance signals, condition indicators, and related outputs relating to properties, projects, or property operations.

Property Profile

A record, profile, timeline, repository, graph, or other organized set of data, documents, media, intelligence, or history related to a property, project, or property-related activity.

User Content

The original content and information a user submits, uploads, posts, transmits, records, shares, or otherwise makes available through the Platform, including videos, photos, audio recordings, documents, contracts, permits, invoices, warranties, inspection reports, messages, bids, reviews, project information, property information, profile information, and similar materials.

For clarity:

•Users retain ownership of their original User Content, subject to the rights granted in the Terms of Service.

•BIIDIT Technology and BIIDIT Knowledge Assets are different from original User Content.

•AI Outputs and Derived Intelligence may be generated from User Content or other sources, but they are not the same as the user’s original upload.

•This Privacy Policy describes how BIIDIT processes information and does not create conflicting ownership or license rights.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following categories of information.

Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information unless it is relevant to the feature or service being used or requested by BIIDIT.

When you use the BIIDIT mobile application, the app may request permission to access certain device features. The following permissions may be requested:

•Camera — to capture project videos and photos directly within the app;

•Microphone — to record audio when capturing video walkthroughs of your project;

•Photo Library / Storage — to select and upload existing photos and videos from your device;

•Notifications — to send you project updates, bid notifications, and message alerts;

•Network / Internet — to connect to BIIDIT servers, upload media, and sync your account.

Permissions are only requested when needed for a specific feature. You may decline any permission request, but some features may not function without it. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. Sources of Information

We collect information from the following sources:

•directly from you;

•automatically from your device or browser;

•from your use of the Platform;

•from your communications with us or other users;

•from Homeowners, Contractors, enterprises, administrators, and other users;

•from service providers and vendors;

•from public records and public sources;

•from partners and integrations;

•from insurance, financing, utility, IoT, or property-data partners where applicable;

•from fraud-prevention and verification sources;

•from BIIDIT AI systems and human review processes;

•from future Platform features, integrations, connected systems, or device ecosystems.

5. How We Use Information

5.1 Providing and Operating the Platform

We use information to:

•provide, operate, maintain, and support the Platform;

•analyze User Content and other inputs;

•generate AI Outputs;

•power Mike and other current or future BIIDIT AI features;

•organize project information;

•produce classifications, summaries, follow-up questions, recommendations, or readiness assessments;

•power Property Intelligence, Marketplace Intelligence, and future AI systems;

•improve the usefulness, quality, performance, and safety of BIIDIT AI.

5.3 Product Development and Improvement

We use information to:

•improve the Platform;

•improve BIIDIT Technology;

•improve BIIDIT Knowledge Assets;

•test, evaluate, and benchmark products and systems;

•develop new features and services;

•develop future AI products, enterprise tools, analytics, property operating system features, and integrations;

•support quality assurance, debugging, troubleshooting, and product optimization.

5.4 Trust, Safety, Verification, and Fraud Prevention

•verify identity, business information, licenses, insurance, and other eligibility information;

•detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fake projects, fake Contractors, fake Homeowners, identity fraud, license fraud, payment fraud, bid manipulation, review manipulation, spam, abuse, circumvention, and security threats;

•monitor for prohibited conduct;

•support moderation and enforcement;

•protect users, BIIDIT, and the marketplace;

•support trust-and-safety systems, risk assessments, and compliance workflows.

5.5 Communications

•send verification codes and security alerts;

•send marketing communications where permitted;

The rights and permissions described in this Privacy Policy extend to such future products and services to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. AI Processing, Mike, and Future AI Systems

6.1 General AI Processing

Mike and other BIIDIT AI systems may process:

•contracts;

•invoices;

•warranties;

•inspection reports;

•messages;

•bids;

•reviews;

•property information;

•project information;

•account information;

•technical and interaction data;

•other inputs provided through or in connection with the Platform.

6.2 AI Functions

BIIDIT AI may be used to:

•generate project summaries;

•identify categories or subcategories;

•create follow-up questions;

•assess readiness;

•extract metadata;

•generate transcriptions or translations;

•identify patterns and signals;

•support matching and ranking;

•improve fraud detection;

•support trust and safety;

•produce insights, recommendations, or analytics;

•support future Property Intelligence and automation features;

•develop and improve BIIDIT Knowledge Assets.

6.3 Current and Future AI Systems

BIIDIT may use current or future AI systems, including AI agents, automation systems, model orchestration systems, classification systems, scoring systems, and other technologies. These may be operated using:

•BIIDIT-developed models;

•third-party models;

•open-source models;

•hosted models;

•self-hosted models;

•fine-tuned models;

•specialized models;

•human-assisted systems;

•rule-based systems;

•combinations of the above.

BIIDIT may select, combine, replace, route among, modify, or discontinue AI providers, technical architectures, or AI methods at any time.

6.4 Model Training, Testing, Validation, Evaluation, and Improvement

Subject to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law, BIIDIT may use information and User Content to:

•train, test, validate, benchmark, and evaluate models;

•improve model quality, safety, and utility;

•improve prompts, workflows, taxonomies, reasoning pipelines, and orchestration;

•create and refine training, evaluation, and benchmark datasets;

•support reinforcement-learning or similar improvement methods;

•improve BIIDIT Knowledge Assets;

We may use human review, including by employees, contractors, vendors, or service providers acting on our behalf, to:

6.7 AI Outputs and Accuracy

AI Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, probabilistic, or based on incomplete, low-quality, conflicting, or misleading inputs. This Privacy Policy explains how BIIDIT processes information in connection with AI. Rights regarding the use of User Content, AI Outputs, BIIDIT Technology, and BIIDIT Knowledge Assets are governed by the Terms of Service.

7. BIIDIT Technology, BIIDIT Knowledge Assets, and AI Outputs

This Privacy Policy describes BIIDIT’s processing of information and should not be read to alter the ownership and license framework in the Terms of Service.

As described in the Terms of Service:

•users retain ownership of original User Content;

•BIIDIT receives broad rights to process User Content, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law;

•BIIDIT owns BIIDIT Technology;

•BIIDIT owns or otherwise retains all legally protectable rights in BIIDIT Knowledge Assets, excluding users’ ownership of original User Content;

•AI Outputs, Derived Intelligence, metadata, classifications, embeddings, Property Intelligence, Marketplace Intelligence, and related system-level materials may be generated from User Content or other sources but are not the same as the user’s original upload.

BIIDIT may process information relating to BIIDIT Technology, BIIDIT Knowledge Assets, AI Outputs, Derived Intelligence, Property Profiles, Digital Property Profiles, Digital Twins, Property Graphs, Property Intelligence, Marketplace Intelligence, contractor intelligence, cost intelligence, and related assets for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

8. Cookies, Pixels, SDKs, Analytics, Advertising, and Similar Technologies

8.1 Technologies We Use

We and our vendors may use:

•mobile advertising identifiers;

•device identifiers;

•session-replay or interaction tools where permitted;

The Platform may not respond to all “Do Not Track” or similar browser signals except as required by applicable law.

9.1 With Other Users

We may disclose information to other users as part of the Platform, including:

•project information to eligible Contractors;

•Contractor profiles, bids, reviews, ratings, and related information to Homeowners;

•communications between users;

•contact information after applicable Platform requirements are satisfied;

•other information necessary to operate marketplace and related features.

9.2 With Service Providers and Vendors

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us:

•host and operate the Platform;

•provide cloud infrastructure;

•provide AI functionality;

•provide analytics;

•provide communications and notifications;

•verify identity, licenses, or insurance;

•process payments;

•detect fraud;

•moderate content;

•provide security services;

•provide customer support;

•develop, improve, and test products.

9.3 With AI, Cloud, and Infrastructure Providers

We may disclose information to current or future AI, cloud, computing, storage, database, infrastructure, orchestration, and other technical providers as needed to operate, improve, secure, evaluate, and develop BIIDIT Technology, BIIDIT Knowledge Assets, and Platform features.

9.4 With Verification, Trust, and Safety Partners

We may disclose information to identity providers, verification providers, screening providers, fraud-prevention vendors, trust-and-safety partners, and similar providers to support verification, Contractor Activation, risk management, enforcement, fraud detection, abuse prevention, and security.

9.5 With Payment Providers

We may disclose information to payment processors, financial institutions, billing vendors, tax providers, chargeback services, and related providers to support payments, subscriptions, lead fees, refunds, accounting, tax compliance, and billing operations.

9.6 With Insurance, Financing, Property-Data, and Other Partners

If BIIDIT offers integrations, optional services, partner products, or future offerings involving insurance, financing, property history, Property Intelligence, analytics, IoT, automation, licensing, commercial tools, or related services, we may disclose information as needed to provide, support, improve, or commercialize those services, subject to applicable law and additional disclosures where appropriate.

9.7 With Enterprise, Portfolio, and Organizational Customers

If you use the Platform through an organization, enterprise, portfolio, property manager, or business account, we may disclose information to authorized administrators, representatives, and affiliated users within that account, subject to the organization’s settings, BIIDIT’s policies, and applicable law.

9.8 For Legal, Safety, and Compliance Purposes

We may disclose information:

•to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;

•to respond to lawful requests from public authorities;

•to enforce our Terms, policies, or contracts;

•to investigate disputes or violations;

•to protect users, BIIDIT, the Platform, or the public;

•to detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, circumvention, security incidents, or illegal activity;

•to preserve evidence or exercise legal rights.

9.9 Business Transfers

10. Enterprise, Portfolio, and Organizational Accounts

BIIDIT may offer business, enterprise, portfolio, commercial, insurer, lender, property-manager, contractor-network, or organizational accounts.

If you use the Platform through such an account:

•administrators or authorized representatives may be able to access, manage, monitor, export, or control account information, User Content, property records, analytics, billing information, and user permissions;

•the organization may control user roles, access levels, account settings, and data retention settings where available;

•BIIDIT may rely on instructions from authorized administrators;

•BIIDIT is not responsible for disputes between an organization and its users, employees, Contractors, property owners, tenants, or other affiliated persons regarding access, ownership, or use of organizational data, except as required by law.

Enterprise and portfolio features may involve additional data processing, audit trails, permissioning, analytics, integrations, and governance tools.

11. Verification, Fraud Prevention, Trust and Safety
